Our Team

We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love for purposeful work, thoughtful design, and real connection.

I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find balance, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves and others. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, working through anxiety or depression, or unpacking past experiences, I’m here to support you with compassion and understanding.

I have experience working with adolescents, families, and couples, with a special focus on relationship dynamics and attachment healing. Whether you’re hoping to strengthen your partnership, rebuild trust, or better understand your emotional patterns, I provide a space where meaningful connection and growth can take place.

I recognize that each person brings a unique story to the therapy space—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship and tailor our work to fit your specific needs, so you can move toward a more peaceful and empowered life.

My ideal clients are individuals and families facing complex challenges, including autism, developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, and substance use. They often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and may struggle with emotional regulation, behavior, or relationships. I help by providing practical tools and support using CBT, REBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we build coping skills, improve communication, and create realistic goals so clients can make meaningful, lasting progress in daily life.

I specialize in autism, developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, and substance use. I offer practical, evidence-based support using CBT, REBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen communication for individuals and families.

I believe it’s important to sit with people during difficult moments and support them through pain without judgment. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted, especially during life’s most challenging experiences. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you take that next step.

I work with clients from diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship experiences. As a trans woman, I try to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where we can work toward your mental and sexual health goals together. Whether you are struggling with emotional or sexual concerns I will work with you to look at the whole picture— your mental health, relationships, values, identity, and life experiences, to better understand what you’re experiencing. My focus is helping you to feel grounded in who you are, build a healthier connection to your identity, and find a path forward that truly fits you.

I have experience and specialized training working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, out of control sexual behavior, sexual dysfunction, sexual functioning, sex therapy, sexual trauma, gender dysphoria, gender affirming care, and LGBTQ issues.

Reaching out for support isn't always easy, but you don't have to do it alone. My office is open to adolescents, young adults, and adults. My specialty is adolescents and young adults because it is a particularly difficult time in life. I currently offer D&D Therapy for nerdy individuals who want to work on their social anxiety in a safe and fantasy-based place. There is a wide range of roadblocks, such as life factors, major changes, and a chaotic world. With mental health difficulties on top of it all, life in these early years can feel overwhelming and hopeless.

I believe that holistic care is most beneficial. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on the way you think and how that impacts your behavior; dialectical behavior therapy, which incorporates the emotional self and behavior; and art therapy, as creativity can show deeper parts of ourselves.

Growth can look different for everyone, and I will meet you wherever you are, without judgment. My goal is to help you grow and thrive into the person you want to be, while caring for who you are today. Don't worry, we can talk about fun things like video games, books, and your interests, as they can be incorporated into the therapy process!

You’ve been carrying so much for so long that it’s starting to feel heavy in your body, your relationships, and your spirit. Maybe you’re navigating trauma from the past, intergenerational anxiety that won’t quiet down, or the emotional exhaustion that comes from always being the strong one while dealing with racial or sexual trauma. You might be a caregiver, a professional, a parent, or someone who has survived more than people realize. You’re ready for a space where you don’t have to hold everything together — a space where you can breathe, feel safe, and begin to heal.

My role is to provide unconditional support, co-create suggestions, and pathways-to progress tailored to what is needed to individualize treatment and celebrate success! As a trauma and culturally responsive therapist, person-centered services are provided without judgment. I honor the whole of who you are. Remote notary services are also available

If it's time to level up and you've turned to social media, but it didn't quite get you to your best self, reach out and let's talk.

Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating - it can be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgement. I believe change is possible, even when it seems out of reach. We'll work together to make sense of your experiences and untangle confusing thoughts or emotions. Whether you're struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, or just trying to feel like yourself again, therapy can help you heal, break cycles, and reconnect with your authentic self in a meaningful way. You've taken an important step by being here, and when you're ready, I'd be honored to take the next steps alongside you.
